The day before the Sinulog Grand Parade which falls every 3rd Sunday of January. A Fluvial Procession from Mandaue City to Cebu City with statue of Snr. Santo Nino carried on a pump boat is held at dawn and Procession of Snr. Sto. Nino around Cebu from Sto. Nino Church and back.
I failed to catch up though of the Fluvial Procession because of work. I hope I can make it next time.
