Malapascua Island is a small island located in the North of Cebu. It is part of Daan Bantayan, Cebu province with a travel time of 3-4 hours from the airport of Mactan, Cebu to Maya and around an hour travel with a bangka or pumpboat to reach the island from Maya port.

There is a Maya bound bus from North Terminal bus station that takes 30 minutes from the airport.
