Our group started our first day in Baguio by witnessing the Saturday’s Grand Street Dance Parade the day before the Grand Float Parade. We noticed people (locals and tourists) already positioned in the main street to witness the event( Session Road,  Burnham Park )on the 22nd February. They could be there probably as early as 5am in the cold weather of Baguio. I couldn’t imagine. Whew….
